Skills Pod

Learners are organized into study pods of 6-8 members, with each pod taking ownership of a designated week. Each pod operates with rotating roles, ensuring every learner develops different skills and contributes in multiple ways.

  • Builder: Leads the live lab deployments and hands-on implementation.
  • Investigator: Leads research and explores the concepts, and possible solutions.
  • Critic: Identifies weaknesses, challenges assumptions, and recommends improvements.
  • Presenter: Leads the presentation of the group’s findings and solution.
  • Documenter: Captures the team’s approach, solution, key lessons, and resources.
  • Lead: Coordinates the session, keeps the team aligned, and ensures everything stays on track.
